Why sound bath meditation
Meditation has long been recognized as a valuable practice for reducing stress and supporting overall wellbeing. Sound meditation builds on that foundation by pairing mindfulness with immersive acoustic experiences that encourage participants to relax, become present, and let go of the constant demands competing for their attention.
Participants often describe leaving sessions feeling calmer, more centered, and better able to engage with the rest of their day.

2/3 of American workers are burnt out
Burnout isn’t just a personal problem. It’s a business problem.
We’re living in a world of constant notifications and endless demands on our attention. People are expected to be productive without ever being given permission to slow down. The result is burnout.
When employees are mentally exhausted, organizations feel the impact through lower engagement and diminished performance. At the same time, that stress follows people home, making it harder to be present for the moments that matter most.
Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do isn’t add another tool or another meeting.
It’s create space to pause.
A different kind of wellness experience
Man Bun Meditation combines guided mindfulness with immersive sound to create space for people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment.
Each experience begins with gentle breathwork and guided meditation before transitioning into a restorative sound bath designed to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system.
The goal isn’t to escape reality.
It’s to return to it feeling just a little lighter than when you arrived.

Meet Lindsey
I’m Lindsey Miller, founder of Man Bun Meditation.
By day, I work in the corporate world as a consultant and strategist. I started Man Bun Meditation because I’ve seen firsthand what stress and burnout can do to people who genuinely care about their work.
I don’t believe meditation has to be intimidating or overly spiritual to be meaningful. Sometimes people just need permission to slow down and remember they’re alive.
Whether I’m leading a virtual session for a remote team or facilitating an experience at a retreat or conference, my goal is simple: create a space where people can pause, take a breath, and leave feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived.
